I was diagnosed in June of 2008 with Fibromyalgia, however, I believe it began with my car accident in 2003. After years of trying to find out why I was in so much pain, I finally found a doctor who wouldn't simply blame it on my weight. I finally found my answers.
On October 27, 2012, I married the love of my life, Will, the man God placed right in front of me who accepted me, even with the Fibro. He has been the most supportive husband I could ask for, and he is always looking out for me, taking care of me, or spoiling me. I enjoy my role as housewife and am grateful of how hard he works to provide for us.
I have always been a geek and I love building, repairing, and playing with computers. I love reading about and drooling over the latest and greatest gadgets, even if I can't afford them. I am an avid gamer. You can often find me playing an RPG on my computer or one of my many console games.
I also enjoy crafting. Lately, I've been getting into stitching geek stuff. I've already stitched several video game characters and some other things recognizable in geek circles. I hope to sell them for supplemental income.
I believe God allowed me to develop Fibromyalgia for a reason, and I believe He will use it for his glory. It's not an easy life to lead, but it has taught me much. I have started looking into how it is God wants me to use this and trying to make the best of every day He gives me.
